| iMail settings for your email program There are a couple changes that you should review in your email program: POP/Incoming mail : mail.yourDomain.com SMTP: smtp.yourDomain.com User: use your full email address such as "name@yourDomain.com" Next please select the My server requires Authentication checkbox and use "same settings as incoming mail" on the subsequent page.
Graphic example for Outlook Express settings iMail Online Mail Interface When you bring up the mail interface, you will need to type the user name and password for the account from which you wish to retrieve mail.
After you logon, you will be able to access all the functions of the account. If you logon with your administrator username, you will also be able to administer the users. However, you will not be able to read their mail. Administration Controls are located in the upper right corner of the Webmail window after you gain entry. Select "Web Admin":
You can then change your password and administer other features of your account. If your account is the administrator account you can also manage all other email accounts in your Domain. This includes changing passwords and adding or removing accounts.
